Returns and Exchanges
PAMPA Wallcoverings does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds, except in cases where prints are damaged or defective. We do not keep stock; each order is printed on demand, specifically for you.
If you believe your print or product is defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and include photos so we can evaluate the problem.
Any issues with wallpaper installation due to incorrect wall measurements are the customer's responsibility. We will do our best to assist you cost-effectively, but any reprints or new preparations needed will be at the customer's expense. Please ensure your measurements are accurate before placing an order.
