Processing Times

All PAMPA wallcoverings are made to order.

Once your order is placed, it enters production promptly. Most wallpaper orders are produced within 1–2 business days, while sample orders are typically dispatched within 1 business day.

Because each piece is printed specifically for you, we kindly ask that all measurements and details are carefully reviewed before placing your order.

 

Shipping & Delivery Times

PAMPA is based in the United Arab Emirates and ships worldwide.

Orders are dispatched using international express courier services with full tracking. While most international deliveries arrive within 3–7 business days after dispatch, delivery times vary depending on destination:

  • UAE: typically 3–6 business days after dispatch
  • GCC: typically 3–6 business days after dispatch
  • Middle East & North Africa (MENA): typically 4–8 business days after dispatch
  • UK & Europe: typically 2–5 business days after dispatch
  • USA & Canada: typically 3–6 business days after dispatch
  • Rest of World: typically 4–10 business days after dispatch

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on customs procedures and the exact shipping location.

Remote or less accessible areas may incur additional carrier surcharges.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and order size.

Free shipping thresholds may apply depending on your location and will be automatically displayed at checkout.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to local import duties, customs fees, or taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Changes, Cancellations & Returns

As all products are made to order, we do not offer cancellations, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed.

Please ensure all measurements and details are correct before completing your purchase.

In the rare case that your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence so we can assess the issue.
